Little League Player Registration

Fall 2025 Corona National Little League

Corona National Little League offers baseball programs for children ages 4–16. Beyond practicing on-field fundamentals and playing competitive games, the league helps boost participants’ self-esteem, confidence, and overall athletic abilities. CNLL welcomes children of all sizes, skills, strengths, genders, religions, and nationalities. Our program offers valuable life lessons, socialization, and camaraderie.

New for 2025: Players league age 7 and under may register in any Little League program without respect to any geography-related or school enrollment eligibility requirements. Under this option, players are fully eligible to participate in all aspects of league play, including Tournament play, for the duration of their Little League careers.

Whether you are looking to compete against neighboring leagues or international countries, Little League Baseball is more than an organization, it’s a community baseball program operated by local volunteers, and dedicated to providing any child with a fun and engaging youth sports environment.

Refund Policy for Fall 2025 

We are excited to have your child join our team of athletes here at Corona National Little League. 

If for any reason at anytime families need to withdraw their child from our organization, please email us at [email protected] with details as to the circumstances and it will be handled on a case by case basis. 

Generally speaking, if an athlete withdraws prior to our evaluation dates, refunds are 100% minus a $5 administrative fee per athlete. 

Once the athlete is on a team roster and withdraws, a full refund is not guaranteed and is at the discretion of the Board of Directors.

Exceptions may include, but are not limited to, injuries to a player or if it is determined that a player registered is ineligible to play with CNLL. In the event a refund is given for an online registration player, CNLL will not refund any 3rd party processing fees associated with the online registration process.

Challenger Player Registration

Fall 2025 Challenger League


The Challenger Division is Corona National Little League’s adaptive baseball program for individuals with physical and intellectual challenges. Any individual with a physical or intellectual challenge may participate. If an individual can participate in the traditional Little League Baseball program with reasonable accommodations, they should do so.

Our Challenger Division accommodates players ages 8 and above (no maximum age).

Corona National Little League does not require any Proof of Residency, Birth Certificate, or School Registration Form for our Challenger Divisions.
